At Holy Clergy, we are committed to providing high-quality clergy apparel and accessories with complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email us at support@clergywearshop.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping the item back.

  3. Pack the product securely and use a trackable shipping service for safety.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, color, or alternative products of equal value:

  • Contact us with your request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send photos of the product and packaging to support@clergywearshop.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-tailored garments (e.g., engraved, embroidered, or sized to your measurement)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards
