Our production department is located outside the United States, where each garment is custom-made by experienced artisans who specialize in clergy wear.
We operate and manage logistics from our U.S. facility in Dale Woodbridge, Virginia where all orders are inspected, labeled and shipped to our customers nationwide.

For customers requiring urgent delivery, we offer Rush Order Service.
In this case, our production department ships directly to the U.S. via FedEx Express through JFK Airport.

Once your order reaches our Virginia facility, you will receive an email with your active USPS or FedEx tracking number.
This allows you to monitor your delivery in real-time from dispatch to arrival.
For Rush Orders, your FedEx tracking link will activate automatically upon entering the domestic network in the US.
Why We Use This Shipping Process
At Holy Clergy, our primary goal is to deliver exceptional quality without burdening our customers with international customs or tariff fees.
If a customer requires their order within 7 business days or needs it urgently for an event (such as a meeting, gathering, or ordination), they may contact us by phone or email to specify the required delivery date.
In such cases, any applicable customs fees, import duties or taxes will be the customer’s responsibility. These fees must be paid directly to the relevant authorities to receive the order. NOTE: If the customer fails to pay the customs fees or does not accept the shipment, no refund will be issued for that purchase.
