Our Operations & Production Flow
Our production department is located outside the United States, where each garment is custom-made by experienced artisans who specialize in clergy wear. We operate and manage logistics from our U.S. facility in Dale Woodbridge, Virginia where all orders are inspected, labeled and shipped to our customers nationwide.
When you place an order:
It is immediately sent to our production department for processing and tailoring.
Once your garment is completed, it is shipped to our Virginia facility for final inspection and domestic dispatch within the United States.
This two-stage process ensures accuracy, quality and compliance with U.S. import regulations providing you with a hassle-free, tax-free delivery experience; however, parcels take a bit longer to receive.
Standard Shipping Process
Production Time: Most standard orders are processed within 4–5 business days.
Once your order is ready, a shipping label is created from our Virginia warehouse.
The label will appear inactive (not trackable) until the package physically arrives at our Virginia facility which usually takes 7-10 days..
As soon as your parcel is received in Virginia, the label becomes active and fully trackable via USPS, all this time taking up to 16 business days with standard shipping.
This process helps ensure your order passes seamlessly through international channels and arrives without additional customs or tariff charges.
Rush & Express Orders
For customers requiring urgent delivery, we offer Rush Order Service. In this case, our production department ships directly to the U.S. via FedEx Express through JFK Airport.
A FedEx label is created immediately after dispatch.
The tracking link becomes live once the parcel reaches U.S. customs and enters the domestic network.
This ensures priority handling and faster delivery while maintaining the same quality and care as our standard process.
As soon as your parcel enters the domestic network, the label becomes active and fully trackable via FedEx, all this time taking up to 12 business days with rush shipping.

Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order reaches our Virginia facility, you will receive an email with your active USPS or FedEx tracking number. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real-time from dispatch to arrival.
For Rush Orders, your FedEx tracking link will activate automatically upon entering the domestic network in the US.

Urgent Orders & Customs Fees Policy
If a customer requires their order within 7 business days or needs it urgently for an event (such as a meeting, gathering, or ordination), they may contact us by phone or email to specify the required delivery date.
In such cases, any applicable customs fees, import duties or taxes will be the customer’s responsibility. These fees must be paid directly to the relevant authorities to receive the order. NOTE: If the customer fails to pay the customs fees or does not accept the shipment, no refund will be issued for that purchase.
