We proudly ship worldwide, ensuring our premium clergy robes, cassocks, clergy shirts, and accessories reach you wherever you are. We partner with trusted delivery services such as DHL and FedEx to ensure safe, timely, and trackable deliveries.

Delivery Costs and Timing

  • Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, including both the items and the packaging. We do not charge any handling fees, and there are no additional taxes at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer Express Shipping with a delivery window of 7–9 business days from the date of order.
  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery window is 10–15 business days from the date of order.
  • Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Some custom-made clergy wear, including specially tailored cassocks or robes, may take additional time depending on production complexity typically up to 4–5 weeks for completion before shipping.
  • Shipping Locations: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Some remote areas may experience longer shipping periods.

Note: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes due to courier restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $300

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $300. This discount is automatically applied during checkout, allowing you to shop with confidence and save on shipping.

Shipping Partners and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Our integration with DHL and FedEx ensures both you and our support team can monitor the journey of your parcel in real time from dispatch to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

At Holy Clergy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns: Most standard items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. However, custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item after obtaining approval. Only defective or damaged items are eligible for direct exchange.

  • Order Cancellation: Cancellation and refund requests must be made within 2–3 days of placing the order. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.
